Test Ride Policy

• Appointment Only:
  All test rides are conducted strictly by appointment. Customers must book in advance to schedule their session.

• Deposit Requirement:
  To ensure the safety and proper handling of our products, customers are required to deposit a personal belonging such as:

  • Identification Card
  • Driver License

  This measure is in place to prevent theft or misuse of the e-bike and ensure it is returned in good condition.

• Instruction Provided:
  On the day of the test ride, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to operate the e-bike to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Age Requirement:
  Customers must be 16 years old or above to participate in the test ride.
